Occupy Everett – Like Kshama Sawant in Seattle, LaPointe was active in Occupy Everett

We interview Mike LaPointe, candidate for office from the State of Washington’s 2nd district, and activist in Occupy Everett. Mike is an example of what seems to be a new trend to run for public office outside of the Democratic/Republican straightjacket – the most striking example of which is Kshama Sawant in Seattle.
