Ty Moore is an anti-forclosure / anti-eviction activist who was recently endorsed by the Minneapolis 5th Congressional District Green Party and is one of three Socialist Alternative Candidates running for City Council in Minneapolis, Seattle, and Boston.
The last city council election in Minneapolis, the Socialist Alternative candidate Dave Bicking received 27 % of the vote. As more and more Working class people are becoming disillusioned with the democratic party’s lack of representation of the people and their sell-out to the wealthy 1%, will these city council elections be the begining of a new political wave that will eventually sweep the entire nation ?
