Is a new movement welling up from below? Yesterday’s nation-wide day of protest against Trump’s anti-refugee policies seems to say “yes”, but what direction will that movement take? The fact that the representatives of the liberal wing of the Democrats, such as the NGO’s, helped organize the protests made them bigger and more widespread. What are the other related issues to this one? And will they and the party they represent be able to contain any new movement?
