For those who are interested, Oaklandsocialist will be on the radio Saturday morning, 10:30 Pacific Time. We will be discussing Trump’s financial ties to the Russian oligarchs/mafia, which make him more beholden to them than to the global interests of the US capitalist class. Essentially, Trump has functioned as a money launderer for them. However, the reason the US capitalist class cannot go after him for this is that money laundering is rampant throughout the entire real estate industry, and revealing Trump’s role would threaten to open up this entire can of worms.
