Earlier this February, Trump issued a new order: stop all USA’s international aid programs for 90 days. The idea is to do an “audit” and decide which of those programs should be shut down forever. He claims to care about the US citizens, because those programs are using taxpayers’ money.

I, Cloud Sevens, am among people who are suffering from his decision right now. I am working in the healthcare sphere and my contract is with one of the biggest health-related foundations in the US and in the world. My salary is frozen for now. The foundation is obligated to pay me (because of the contract) and if I would sue them, I would definitely win. But I understand that the foundation is a hostage of Trump’s sick mind. I am only one of a few thousand people who are in the same situation around the world. But screw my salary. Losing a salary is not the worst thing that can happen to a human. Let’s see what else this order brought to us.

One of the programs which has been stopped is PEPFAR (The United States President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief). This program, according to their official site, “saved 26 million lives, preventing millions of HIV infections… in more than 50 countries”. This program was created to provide HIV medications around the world and provide other kinds of help. If you are not familiar with HIV, it is possible to live a long happy life with this virus. But only if you regularly take Antiretroviral Therapy’s pills. If you stop, after some time the HIV will progress in stages and will turn into AIDS. After that, you still have some time – could be months or one-two years if you are lucky – till you die. In some countries (especially in the thirld-world ones), PEPFAR was the biggest (if not the only) source of the mentioned medications. 90 days is enough to kill all these people. Ironically, some organizations, who are distributing pills on PEPFAR’s behalf already have the medications in their storages. But they can not use them. And officials of those programs and foundations are prohibited to contact WHO (as an insider, I can say that it applies not only to WHO, you can trust me or not).

Sure, the US is not obligated to help people around the world. I would say that it’s even ok to cut such help. It’s the US money and only the US can decide how to spend them. But it’s just inhumane to first make people dependent on you and then cut all the help in one day. Yes, it all happened in just one single day. I am not exaggerating.

It looks like the author of the idea was Elon Musk. That’s right. The businessman who appreciates all progressive and new. He launches rockets, builds next-generation AI, and runs the future of the electric cars industry. It looks like he is the new Hero of Alexandria, Leonardo da Vinci, Nikola Tesla! Or at least he wants to be like them. With one hand he is pulling the world into the future, with the other one he is creating this future. Right? Well, it’s more like with one hand he’s killing millions of people around the world and zieg-heiling with the other hand. Ok, only the lazy one is not blaming Elon for his behaviour, so let’s leave him alone for a while and come back to Trump’s persona.

Trump is a big FAA hater. He also hates all this “diversity” stuff. Who are the key groups (groups of the higher risk) of HIV? Well, it’s mostly PWID (people who inject drugs) and MSM (men who have sex with men). For all sane people it’s obvious that anti-HIV programs will target those groups specifically. Let’s assume Trump will actually check on all US’s anti-HIV international programs. What he’ll see? He’ll see that “the US is spending billions to support faggots”. Fighting homosexuality is already a disgusting position, but there is more. Trump will not think that some of the MSM also have sex with women, which is also a big driver of HIV (because those women will later have sex with other men and women, spreading the virus further). Another key group is sex workers. Mister Trump will not think that the next sex worker he hires can have HIV. I am saying all this to make you understand that this problem affects everyone: gay, hetero, men, women and even Trump himself. But he’ll not say this to his supporters. He’ll make it look like he’s “fighting faggots”. And his audience will clap their hands as loud as possible without knowing that Trump lies to them.

What conclusion can we make? First, Trump is a disgusting human-hater. He’s a disgusting homophobe. And finally, he’s a liar. My salary is just the smallest part of the problem he created. I’ll be fine, I’ll find a new job. But people with HIV and AIDS will not find new lifes. Anti-HIV programs are just one bit of the problem. Similar programs exist(ed) for tuberculosis, cancer and other horrible lethal diseases. With his order, Trump paralyzed the world’s healthcare work. People who work in the organisations can not receive their salaries. People who need medicines can not receive them. It’s just the first week of Trump’s presidential term and the number of those killed by him goes into the millions. What will happen in a year? How soon will you or your loved ones join the list of those killed by him?
