We Can’t Wait New Orleans was one of the only groups in the US to hold a rally demanding real economic relief. Here is a video of a discussion they organized around Biden’s Covid Relief Plan. One important idea emerged: The demand that Biden call a state of emergency and simply make an executive order for all his economic relief.
